I am sorry we cannot do the same for our foreign customers -- we simply cannot afford it. I am also sorry that we cannot apply free shipping and handling on custom framed art because each order is different, and it must be packed entirely different because of the glass. However, on those orders, we will not charge you more than the actual shipping and insurance price.
